Muesli

Introduced after much pressure from our Vic Market customers, Jo-Jo’s Muesli now comes in a pre-packaged form so that you too can access a truly generous muesli mix that satisfies on so many levels.

The inclusion of almonds, linseeds, pepitas and sunflower seeds are a great source of rare natural oils that the body needs to thrive.

Between them they provide magnesium, omega-3 fats, vitamins E, D, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (pantothenic acid), biotin, calcium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc and plenty of fibre.

The mix is laced with a flavour bursting team of gorgeous dried fruits.

In a nutshell this product is angelically healthy and yet sinfully tasty. The best of both worlds. Please Indulge.

Natural

The pioneer of our Muesli range and a crucial inspiration for the entire family tree. The single largest percentage of ingredient is of course the rolled oats which contain a low GI index score. They are known to contain high levels of fibre to assist in the reduction of cholesterol. They are also the only known source of antioxidant compounds called avenanthramides; believed to protect the circulatory system from arteriosclerosis.

Toasted

This product derives its sweetness from the addition of Ambrosia Organic Honey. We drizzle it across our oats and then slowly roast them to delight your tastebuds. Our toasted muesli will kick start your morning with a sustained flow of energy.

Bircher

Inspired by those quirky Swiss who seem so at ease with yodelling, mountain climbing and hot-tubs. This product must be prepared the night before. Place one serving size into a bowl, add your favourite fruit juice then add natural yoghurt. Place in fridge and allow to soak. By morning the Bircher will resemble a cold, porridge with amazing flavours of apples, nutmeg and cinnamon. Can also be cooked in the same manner as porridge if preferred.

Gluten Free
